A new legal opinion of Paul Lasok QC and Rebecca Haynes “In the Matter of the Proposed Regulation to Amend Directive 2001/18” sought by GM Freeze, Friends of the Earth Europe and Greenpeace finds the Commission's proposals to fast track GM cultivation approvals is "riddled with legal uncertainty and lack of reasoning".
