UK Government coexistence proposals “fundamentally flawed”

A legal opinion by Paul Lasok QC and Rebecca Haynes "In the Matter of Defra's Consultation on Proposals for Managing the Coexistence of GM, Conventional and Organic Crops" sought by GM Freeze, Friends of the Earth and the Soil Association finds the Government's proposals to protect conventional and organic crops from GM contamination are “fundamentally flawed”.
